Studies of the Floating World II by Rotterdam based (tattoo) artist and illustrator Jan Willem. A notable follow up on Jan Willem’s first publication, Studies of the Floating World I, which was released in 2019. This sequel gives further insight into Jan Willem’s creative process towards the traditional Japanese Ukiyo-e style and a closer look on how he implements the basics from Studies of the Floating World I into more elaborate and detailed designs.
