Kaisar Kolektif is a creative and design agency founded and led by creative director Nia Days. Our collective of creatives works from our HQ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Is Kaisar Kolektif a tattoo studio ? +
No. Although, we do represent a select number of artists from different disciplines, including tattoo artists, we are not a tattoo studio.
What does Kaisar Kolektif do? +
Everything that fits our vision on aesthetics, design, craftmanship and quality. Wait... everything? Yes, everything! As long as a certain case or project fits our brand and our beliefs.

We do, but are definitely not limited to: creative direction, design consultancy, artwork realisation, interior design, artist management, event management, project management, publishing, media production, PR & Marketing campaigns, copywriting and more.

What do you do for your represented artists? +
We offer full artist management, including promoting and selling artwork for our represented artists. We basically take all business related work out of our artist's hands, so that they can fully focus on their artistry and creative development.

What kind of payment methods do you accept? +
For online orders through our webshop, we accept Paypal and Creditcard (Stripe). Under certain conditions, we also accept iDEAL (Tikkie), bank transfer & cash. Do you have a physical shop where I can shop or pick up my order? +
You are always welcome to drop by at our HQ in the centre of Rotterdam to purchase our products or pick up your order. As we are not a retail store, but welcome you in our office, we work by appointment only. If you would like to make an appointment to drop by, please reach out to us through: info@kaisarkolektif.com
When will you ship my order ? +
We will prepare your order for shipping within 1 week after order date.
What is the status of my order? +
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number of the shipment, so that you could follow the latest updates of the whereabouts of your order.
When will my order arrive? +
Transit time may vary per destination and selected carrier. Usually, orders shipped by our carrier PostNL will be delivered within 2 to 15 business days. Please click here to visit PostNL's website to check out the estimated transit time per country.
Orders that will be shipped with UPS Express service will usually be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
Although we do our best to get your items delivered as soon as possible, please keep in mind that we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date, so please keep in mind that the above mentioned transit times are an estimate.
