Cancelation Policy

Web orders can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped. If customer wish to cancel their order before shipment, please notify us as soon as possible via: info@kaisarkolektif.com In case of a cancelled order, we provide the full purchased amount in store credit. If customer wish to receive a full refund a small processing fee will be deducted from the full purchased amount.

Return Policy

All products are designed & produced with care. We do not accept any returns on limited edition artwork and books. If applicable, customer shall remain responsible for return shipping, including shipping fee. We do not refund initial shipping fees.
